3. Ask Yourself 1 Daily Question
If you have time to look in the mirror, then you have time to ask yourself this simple question: Why am I grateful for my manhood? Ask yourself out loud. Say the answer out loud. This one question will re-program your inner dialogue and get both heads to work for you and not against you in the bedroom. This exercise may seem silly, but we assure you it's potent.
4. Lift Something Heavy
It has been proven that heavy lifting causes short and long term increases in testosterone production. Ideally we want you to exercise with heavy weights whenever you can, Brother. But we also understand that everyone's lifestyle is different and you may not have a workout regimine, or don't feel like starting one. So just challenge yourself to lift one heavy object each day. If you have back problems, knee problems, etc. you can do this lifting exercise effectively even while seated. The point is to re-train your brain (not muscles) with this hack, so that your system will get into a rhythm of making higher output of testosterone.
POWER TIP: This is even more potent if you practice the heavy lifting in the evening in your bedroom. Testosterone output increase with exercise at night, and your brain will also encode the bedroom setting as an additional cue to boost your testosterone.
5. Limit Alcohol and Tobacco Use
Taking your daily supplements with a shot of whisky won't help you, Brother. There's a reason why they call it whiskey dick (read about how alcohol disrupts your body's nitric oxide here). Tobacco constricts blood vessels and weakens your circulation system. This includes the use of e-cigarettes, vaping, chewing tobacco, and other forms of recreational tobacco. Hold off on the party tricks until your body's back in balance. You'll thank us later.
POWER TIP: Check out zero-proof spirits and beers (Ritual, Ghia, O'Doul's), so you can still have fun and drink socially in the meantime. And remember this is just temporary to quickstart your internal system. We're not asking you to give these things up for good— just until your manhood is good.
