Where can I find Stamen Supplements?

You can buy directly from our store here, on Amazon, on Walmart, and TikTok. Purchase price may vary on each platform due to promotions or subscription models on each retail platform online. We are unable to make adjustments to, or offer any reimbursements, for price variations.

What can I do if I have an problem with my order?

You can email our customer support team at with your order number in the subject line and a brief description of your issue. We will get back to you within 48-72 hours.

Please note, for quality control and safety reasons we cannot accept any returns on supplements. Please see our money back guarantee policy instead.

Do you ship orders to countries outside of the US?

Currently we are only able to ship to US customers. We are looking to expand to Canada and Mexico in the future. Please join our email list for updates on expansion into new marketplaces.

Are there any special requirements for this product?

Just take 2-4 capsules a day on an empty stomach with a glass of water daily. No changes to diet or exercise. We recommend at least 30 day commitment to give the product a chance to take effect. Most consumers report noticing difference after 21-28 days, with optimal results after 90-180 days. Your internal system needs time to reboot. 

We do also suggest adequate sleep, regular exercise, and limited alcohol and caffeine use to reset system the first month. Alcohol can destroy nitric oxide, and caffeine may offset your energy levels. If you have any questions while taking Stamen feel free to reach out to our support team. We're available 7 days a week.

What is your Satisfaction Guarantee Policy?

We offer a satisfaction guarantee on our product. If you are unsatisfied with the product after 60 days of regular use contact our support, and we will refund the cost of the product to you. We do ask that you try us for at least 60 days to give it enough time to take effect. We will honor the guarantee for up to 100 days, so you have plenty of time to contact us.

We also want you to know that every person's microbiomes and physiology will react differently, so we can't predict how or when results will take effect for you.
