Just take 2-4 capsules a day on an empty stomach with a glass of water daily. No changes to diet or exercise. We recommend at least 30 day commitment to give the product a chance to take effect. Most consumers report noticing difference after 21-28 days, with optimal results after 90-180 days. Your internal system needs time to reboot. 

We do also suggest adequate sleep, regular exercise, and limited alcohol and caffeine use to reset system the first month.
